🌾 Scope of Agreement

All TERMS OF SALE listed herein apply to the acquisition of images, prints, canvases, imaging services, and other offerings available through mansfieldphoto.com. These terms may not be altered by external documents—including purchase orders, emails, or verbal agreements—unless a separate written contract is signed by both parties. In the event of conflict between these TERMS OF SALE and any TERMS OF USE, the TERMS OF SALE shall prevail in governing all product transactions.

💳 Pricing & Payment Terms

Purchases require valid payment information at checkout. Mansfield Photography reserves the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be processed and no alternative method is provided upon written request.

Sales tax will be collected as required by law during the purchasing process.

🚚 Shipping Terms and Policies

Custom Prints Please refer to our Texas Wall Art policies for custom print orders.

In-Stock Wall Art Shipping is not available for in-stock items. All sales are final upon delivery. Pick-up is available in Mansfield, Texas, or complimentary delivery is offered within a 50-mile radius.

🖼️ Product Availability and Pricing

Mansfield Photography and its vendors may revise or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will offer a full refund or replacement per your request. All prices are subject to change without notice.

🔍 Descriptions, Errors & Variations

We strive to maintain accurate product information, but errors may occur. If you spot one, please contact us at hello@mansfieldphoto.com. We do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, or pricing are complete, current, or error-free. Product dimensions are approximate. Color and brightness may vary depending on your device’s display settings.

In the event of an error, we may correct the issue and charge the accurate price or cancel the order. Your sole remedy is cancellation.
